We’re always thinking about our clients and figuring out the best way to ensure satisfaction for all our clients. That’s why we need to have a clear policy, to ensure that business runs smoothly.
24-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment.
- We can’t keep others waiting, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting!
- If you want to cancel your appointment, please let us know before 24 hours.
- Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other.
- clients cannot book into that time slot.
- If it is within 24 hours and you cannot attend your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member to take your slot, or forfeit your deposit.
- 50% advance for pre-booking service.
- If anyone miss his/her appointment, then his/ her advanced money will adjust with next appointment..
- If anyone want her/his advance money back. It will take 7 working days, bank charge will be taken.
- For special service customer have to advance 50% payment.
- 10% discount for App booking.
